About the Session:
Successful companies know that understanding their customer lifecycle enables them to create more effective strategies for engaging, retaining, and growing. For synagogues, applying the customer lifecycle framework to memberships can enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and involvement. This class provides an understanding of the customer lifecycle and its relevance to synagogue memberships. Participants will learn about the stages of the customer lifecycle, how it applies to synagogues, and how these stages can be strategically managed to enhance member experience and loyalty.
About the Presenter:
Tami Arnowitz is the founder of Good Questions Coaching & Teaching. Tami creates customized coaching and training for Jewish professionals, clergy, lay leaders, communities, and individuals. She received her BA from Wellesley College and her MBA from Columbia Business School. Her Life Coach Certification was awarded by Life Coach Training Institute and she has also studied at Hebrew University and The Conservative Yeshiva in Jerusalem. Tami is a devoted volunteer in her synagogue and school communities and for 25 years she has been an involved clergy spouse. She lives in Mamaroneck, NY with her husband, Rabbi Jeffrey Arnowitz, their 4 boys, and 2 dogs.
