Tell us about your Session

How will you engage participants who come from varied backgrounds, experience levels, and synagogue sizes and cultures?

What professional experience range would this be targeted towards?

New Executive Director (0-4 Years)
Mid-Career Executive Director (5-10 Years)
Long-Tenured Executive Director (over 10 Years)
All Experience Levels

What size congregations might benefit from your presentation?

What is the primary topic area that best describes the focus of your proposed session? Select only 1.

The One Where We Build Bridges: by creating opportunities to foster connections across difference.
The One Where We Develop Tools: by providing actionable practices that can be applied to our work.
The One Where We Feel Nourished: by supporting professional growth and personal sustainability.
The One Where We Gain Insight: by addressing timely and important issues facing synagogues today.

Please share a brief summary of your proposed session and anticipated takeaways for attendees. This summary will be posted for attendees, so please provide a final description we can copy and paste into the website and mobile app, being careful to check spelling and grammar.

Do NOT include personal bio information or any details that might reference your identity.

Please clearly define how your session will support attendees' knowledge and skills for use back in their home communities and/or professional growth. List no more than 3 specific takeaways.

Which presentation style best describes your session?

Tell us more about how you plan to engage the audience in interacting with you and/or with one another.
