After four days of learning, growing, and finding inspiration, attendees are prepared to return to work equipped with valuable support in their daily responsibilities and motivated to embrace another year as leaders in their local communities.

To do that, we need to review how Jewish communities have evolved over time, understand the current trends and challenges, and explore future opportunities and innovations.
