• Checklists outlining recommended actions for leading successful team meetings, including prep, during, and post-meeting activities. 
• Next steps on how to practice and refine these core competencies. 
• Recommended supporting materials to continue their learning.

About the Presenter:

Dan Fast (he/him) is the Principal of Ives Consulting LLC, where he helps organizations and leaders become more effective and efficient, and create great places to work. His experience spans numerous industries, including Fortune 500, non-profit, and small-and-midsize business. Over his career, he has helped drive organizational change, new programs and partnerships, and operational improvements. Previously, Dan was a Senior Consultant at CGI, a global business and IT consulting firm, and prior to that, he worked in the Jewish non-profit field for over a decade, including roles at UJA-Federation of New York and Birthright Israel NEXT. He lives in a NJ lake community with his family.
