Calling all Non-Jewish EDs! NATA continues to seek the best ways to serve the membership. Non-Jewish Executive Directors of synagogues are in a unique situation and we are gathering for education, support and to hear your story. All are welcome! 

Guest speakers from the RAC and URJ will join us for this meet-up to speak on the importance of inclusion and diversity in Synagogue Staff Life.

Yolanda and Rachel will briefly share a variety of URJ offerings and resources that are relevant for both Jewish and non-Jewish professionals to be aware.  Our particular focus will be around building inclusive and affirming communities for Jewish people and Jewish adjacent people of marginalized backgrounds, including Jews of Color, LGBTQ+ Jews, Jews with disabilities and other underrepresented groups.

Participants will receive a Calendar Invite and Zoom Link Upon Registration.
