Talent Audit 101: How to do a talent assessment in your organization

Tuesday, May 7, 2024 (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) (PDT)

Description

About the Session:

DRG Talent is excited to bring you into the exciting world of Talent Audits! Talent Audits help organizations take a fresh look at how roles and responsibilities have been defined and allocated and how shifts to each could increase overall capacity.

Our goals for our session will be to describe the goals, processes, and how-to of a talent audit and discuss how a talent audit can help your synagogue. A talent audit can strengthen the staff culture and thus the synagogue's vision as a whole!
