About the Session: Temple Israel (West Bloomfield, Mich.) conducted a study in 2024 to track the engagement of both members and non-members using the 'tagging' system within ShulCloud. Building on insights from the 'pundit panel' at the December NATA conference, Temple Israel's Executive Director Jason Plotkin will share the methodology, key findings, and practical tips for implementing similar strategies in other congregations. About the Presenter: Jason Plotkin is the Executive Director of Temple Israel in West Bloomfield, Michigan, which serves over 3,000 households. A Senior Member of NATA, Jason is a past president of the Program & Engagement Professionals of Reform Judaism (PEPRJ) and currently serves on the North American Board of the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ). Additionally, Jason is a manager of the ShulCloud Users Facebook group and the delegation head for Detroit in the JCC Maccabi Games.
