The ideal candidate must have the ability to take ownership and be a self-directed self-starter, be a strategic thinker, and preferably have some non-profit development experience. With responsibility for all program areas, the director will execute all areas of need for the organization including management in the following areas: fiscal, operational, program development, community relations, and board relations. Supervision for a staff of three.
